The Challenge:

The client needed to test the latest release of their platform with a targeted group of moms to prove viability and functionality.

The focus group included 10 highly vetted participants – each contributing valuable feedback for the client.

Due to the results of the focus group, the client was alerted to several needs that included a slight pivot of how they were planning to market the platform and reach their target audience.
