The Challenge:

A local dental office wanted an authentic, valuable way to create more of a connection with their patients. The goals were three-fold: 1) To educate the patients on the full breadth of services, 2) keep patients updated on news around the practice, and 3) create a funnel for new patient lead generation.

The Result:

The email program we created:

  • Drove traffic to their website
  • Increased new patient referrals
  • Inspired patients to inquire about add-on cosmetic treatments which increased the number of patient out-of-pocket services for the practice

Within 3 months we were able to report an open rate of 41.4% and click through rate of 9.1% vs the industry rate open rate of 22.8% and click through rate of 2.6%.
